Leopard Care is a division of Leopard Systems, responsible for all aspects of after-market care and support designed to protect your investment and business productivity.

We understand accidents and misfortunes suffered by even the most rugged of mobile computers and printers are unavoidable. Fortunately Leopard Systems can organise a prompt, competitively-priced, turnaround on repairs to meet your requirements, which many of our clients have come to trust and depend on.
The breadth of capabilities offered by Leopard Care includes:
* Repair Services - Repairs to Mobile Computers, Handheld Scanners and Zebra Printers
* Fleet Management Services – for customers with fleets of 100 to 2,500 units or more
* Equipment Handling Services – for handling the repair & reloading of units with or without MFR service contracts
* Rollout Management Services – for the staged loading & rollout of new or existing fleets of customer equipment
* Battery Testing Services
* Provisioning Services
If you require service or repair of your mobile devices, simply follow the instructions below:
1. If you are an existing Account customer (i.e. service agreement customer) please contact your Account Manager for assistance and to receive the appropriate 'Repair Form' for sending in a device. To qualify as an Account customer, you must maintain a minimum service spend of $1,000 per month and have satisfied the Company's Credit Approval Process.
2. If you are a New or Non-Service Agreement customer and wish to send a device in for repair, simply download and complete the Leopard Care Pre-Paid Repair Form.pdf including your Credit Card details for authorised pre-payment. Please note, there is a minimum $80 +GST examination charge per device depending on manufacturer sent to Leopard Systems for examination or repair quoting. This fee is absorbed as part of the total charge where the customer accepts and authorises the 'Go Ahead' to proceed with the repair. Devices received without the completed Leopard Care Prepaid Repair Form will not be accepted or examined until such time as all documentation and information is supplied in full. Credit Card details must be supplied prior to work commencing, authorising payment of charges incurred.
