Postage and Handling Information
Upon receipt of payment Leopard Systems will endeavour to despatch goods within three (3) working days (dependant on stock availability). If an item is unavailable at the time of ordering you will be notified by one of our customer service representatives.
Once the order is ready for despatch, Leopard Systems use Star Track Express to distribute goods nationally throughout Australia (and are not liable for any damage or loss of goods in transit). Please note pick-up from our Melbourne or Sydney location is not available.
Dependant on location, the standard ‘Road Express’ delivery service can take between 1-3 working days. If an order is urgent, customers may select a ‘Priority Air Freight’ service for an additional charge.
A ‘Priority Air Freight’ service usually means next day delivery to most metropolitan cities nationally and can generally guarantee postage times of between 1-2 days depending on location. Please note this is in addition to Leopard Systems’ normal handling timeframe.
Standard "Road Express" Handling and Postage - Allow up to 7 working days $15.00
Express "Priority Air Freight" Handing and Postage - Allow up to 5 working days $35.00
Where possible, Leopard Systems will endeavour to despatch commonly held product/stock items for new hardware orders within three (3) working days of receiving a customer’s confirmed order. Despatch of new hardware orders and/or products not commonly stocked will be based on expected delivery estimates from the manufacturer. Under some circumstances, Leopard Systems may facilitate part shipments as stock becomes available.
