A national Australian company specialising in residential and commercial building products faced big challenges with delivery leakages and customer disputes due to its outdated, disconnected delivery system.

“It was all very disjointed from our core Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform,” says the company’s Chief Information Officer“we needed to attend to basic transactional hygeine”.

Their existing process relied on multiple platforms and manual, paper-based methods for proof of delivery.
